When you first step into the office, you will be greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Tammera makes it a point to ensure every patient is cared for. She will handle your insurance, scheduling and billing issues.

Tammera has over 5 years experience in the dental field. She worked for an oral surgeon's office in Tennessee for 4 years. She recently moved to South Florida and joined Dr. Horst's team and has never been happier. Although Tammera's passion is oral surgery, the new challenges and experiences of cosmetic dentistry keep her motivated and determined to learn more about this field. Tammera attends Palm Beach Community College and is studying to become a nurse.

Alex has been with Urban Dentistry since the very beginning. He helped Dr. Horst setup the office and run it. As her brother he knows the dedication and love that Dr. Horst puts in to dentistry since she was a child. Alex has a bachelor in Philosophy from University of Saint Kiril and Matodij, Macedonia and Computer Network Administrator certificate from Keiser Career Institute.

He has moved to Phoenix, AZ and provides online support for Urban Dentistry.

Jelena Spasovski
Dental Assistant

Jelena has been Dr. Horst's assistant since the beginning of the practice. Dr. Horst, with her genuine and honest concern for patients and their teeth, inspired her to take a lot of continuing education courses as well as to learn something new about dentistry in practice every day.

If you are a little scared or anxious about going to the dentist- don't worry. She will hold your hand and comfort you. She will offer you a massaging pad, some relaxing music or sound and aromatherapy just to make the visit to the dentist a bit easier for you.

She lives in Lighthouse Point with her husband Joe and their daughter Sophia.
